7:00 pm - 10:30 pm: Fun dances, requests, and easy teaches in the Ballroom.
Friday, May 1:
9:00 am - 5:00 pm: Workshops in FOUR HALLS featuring national, regional, and local instructors.
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm: Fun dance with our national instructors in the Ballroom.
7:30 pm - 11:00 pm: Request hall with our local and regional instructors spinning your favorites.
10:00 pm - 11:00 pm: Exclusive POOL PARTY for cloggers and spectators
Saturday, May 2:
9:00 am - 5:00 pm Workshops in SIX HALLS featuring national, regional, and local instructors.
5:00 pm (Appx.): Buffet dinner in Riverview room
7:00 - 8:00 Exhibitions in the Ballroom.
7:00 - 8:30 Request hall with our local and regional instructors in the Settlement room.
8:00 - 11:00 pm Fun dance with our Nickel City staff and instructors.

Fees:
Dancers Before April 1: WNYCA Member $18.00 (Dues must be paid through June 2009)
Non-Member $28.00
Dancers After April 1 & At Door: $32.00 (Members only receive a discount when pre-registering)

Video Registration & Rules:
There is a registration fee of $10.00 per video camera.
Any registered dancer may purchase one (1) video camera registration.
Spectators cannot register video cameras.
A registered video camera must have a visible tag in order to be in the clogging halls.

All with the 2008 Nickel City Logo. T-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies come in white or ash; zippered hoodies come in ash only. All available in the following sizes: YM, YL, S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL.
WNYCA Members deduct $2 from shirt prices if dues are paid through June 2009.
The Holiday Inn & Nickel City Festival join together to host a buffet dinner for the cloggers and their families.
Buffet tickets are $15.00 for adults and $8.00 for Children under 12.
Depending on response, we will have either one buffet at 5:00 p.m. or buffets at 4:30 pm and 6:00 pm. Please specify on your registration form which seating you would prefer if there are two seatings.
To have an accurate count for preparation purposes, buffet tickets are pre-order only.
Buffet tickets can be picked up from Carole Fose at Hound Dog Imprints, located in the vendor area.
THROUGHOUT THE FESTIVAL:
Door Prizes:
By registering as a clogger, you are automatically entered in the door prize raffle.
Check the Registration area on Saturday afternoon for the list of prize winners.
Raffles:
The Hall of Fame Committee conducts Wine Basket Raffles, Clogger Basket Raffles,
and 50/50 Raffles throughout the weekend. Check at the Registration desk for the raffles.
The winning numbers will be posted at the Registration desk.
A 50/50 drawing will be conducted on Friday and another on Saturday.
Wine and Clogger basket winners will be drawn during the afternoon of Saturday's workshop.
Winners and/or unclaimed baskets will be announced at the Saturday night fun dance. If the basket is not claimed after the announcement at the Saturday fun dance, a new number will be drawn from stage.
