Cancellations:

We're very lucky to have our hotel fill up every year. 

It's a great problem to have, and although we're working on solutions to our growing waiting list,

we would like to ask for your help.  The Nickel City and Holiday Inn staffs

do their best to ensure that the hotel is filled with cloggers only. 

If you have a room that you're going to cancel anytime after March 1, please email
or call Diane Egressy about the cancellation.  She will take care
of cancelling your room and ensuring that it goes to another clogger on the waiting list. 

Other Hotels/Waiting List:

The hotel will fill up by the end of 2008.  Despite that fact, the Nickel City staff will

make every accommodation possible to ensure that as many of our attendees as

possible can stay at the host hotel.  If the hotel room is filled when you call,

PLEASE contact Diane Egressy.  Diane will be able to assist you in finding another hotel in
the area and putting you on the Holiday Inn waiting list.  If you're on Diane's waiting list,

you still may be able to get a room at the Holiday Inn.  We have had very few years where people on the

waiting list were unable to have a room at the Holiday Inn despite the fact that

we fill up the hotel every year!!! The waiting list is definitely worth the wait!

Exit the Airport onto Route 33

Take the I-90 East towards Niagara Falls/Albany/Tolls

Take I-290 West towards Niagara Falls

I-290 becomes I-190

Pay Toll at Grand Island Bridge

Exit at Whitehaven Road (3d exit after the bridge/toll)

Make a Right at the end of the exit ramp

Proceed on Whitehaven Road until you reach the Holiday Inn/Niagara River.

FROM BUFFALO/PENNSYLVANIA/OHIO:

Take I-90 East

Take I-190 North

Pay Toll at Grand Island Bridge

Exit at Whitehaven Road (3d exit after the bridge/toll)

Make a Right at the end of the exit ramp

Proceed on Whitehaven Road until you reach the Holiday Inn/Niagara River.

FROM UPSTATE NEW YORK/NEW ENGLAND:

Take I-90 West

Take I-290 West (1st exit after toll) towards Niagara Falls

I-290 becomes I-190

Pay Toll at Grand Island Bridge

Exit at Whitehaven Road (3d exit after the bridge/toll)

Make a Right at the end of the exit ramp

Proceed on Whitehaven Road until you reach the Holiday Inn/Niagara River.

FROM CANADA- LEWISTON/QUEENSTON BRIDGE:

Cross Border at Lewiston/Queenston Bridge (Don't forget your passport!)

Take I-190 South

Pay Toll at Grand Island Bridge

Exit at Whitehaven Road

Make a Left at the end of the exit ramp

Proceed on Whitehaven Road until you reach the Holiday Inn/Niagara River.

FROM NIAGARA FALLS & RAINBOW BRIDGE:

Cross Rainbow Bridge & Bridge becomes Niagara Street

Stay Straight on Niagara Street

Turn Right onto John B. Daly Boulevard

Enter Robert Moses Parkway towards I-190

Exit onto I-190 South towards Buffalo

Pay Toll at Grand Island Bridge

Exit at Whitehaven Road

Make a Left at the end of the exit ramp

Proceed on Whitehaven Road until you reach the Holiday Inn/Niagara River.
